Melinda- I currently can't find the reference- but
this was from a human reproductive biology course at
the University of Colorado taught by Richard Jones.
He wrote the text for the course, but I haven't seen
it in my house lately.  (I moved for a year, then
returned home.)  I'm sure you could search the CU
homepage for contact information on him.  If you find
it, could you please post it since others have asked
me for it?
