One thing that I forgot to mention - This mom has not been pumping at all 
for the last 10 days, only breastfeeding, so I don't think it is a case of 
too much pumping increasing supply.  She pumped with an Avent ISIS on days 
4-6 just to soften the right breast so that baby could latch and she pumped 
the left (unengorged side) because she was afraid production was declining 
on that breast.
