Good Morning to all..

I just happened to catch a glimpse of Good Morning America this morning in
time to see Nancy Snyderman, MD touting epidurals as "completely safe",
endorsing on a personal level by saying that she had two epidurals.  She
stated that her only mistake was not asking for an epidural "soon
enough"....implying she almost gave birth without this medication - HORRORS!
  Anyway, the studies that she cited supported the point that there is no
increase in the number of cesarean sections in women with epidurals.  There
was no mention of effects on newborns AT ALL.  I hope that everyone will
email GMA in response to this clip.  I'm sure that the timing (8:45 am) was
planned to avoid most of the working public who have already lef for work,
yet target those mothers/mother's-to-be who might be at home with other
children?!
