There was an excellent presntation given at ILCA by Susan Kellogg-Spadt
... i believe, i did not attend her session having her her on another
occation, that what one is looking for is differences...the theory being that
if ones regularily does bse when something changes you will notice....

    lactation is not an exemption from breast tumners or cancer
unfortunately.....

    I recently had the pleasure of hearing susn love speak ....she is not in
favor of bse as she feels that you are setting yourself up to find someting
BAD. She also told us that by the time it is large enough for you to feel it
has been there for some time...she also feels that there is time once you
locate an "oddity" to sit, digest, regroup and look at all your options and
talk to as many people as you need.
