Laurie,
I first went to the ILCA Website and didn't find an LC in Mannassis, though
they have LOTS of LCs in Virginia.
I then went to Mapquest to try to find out where Mannassis, VA was, in
order to identify the closest town...and Mapquest is telling me that this
town can't be found.  (I tried with 4 different spellings).

Perhaps you could write to a local VA IBCLC (go to www.ILCA.org and go to
the Directory of IBCLCs), and ask them?
