Hi Lara
Yes, Curtin University is a shining light thanks to the Hartman team.  It
is a shame that the same cannot be said for the rest.  Again, for the most
part, docs are lucky to get an hour of lactation ed.  (I spoke to the Head
of a new graduate med school here in the east and he has no plans to include
instruction on breastfeeding management in the course.)  
Please don't read my comment as disrespect for doctors.  It is no more their
fault that the education system fails them than it is mothers' fault when
society fails to adequately support her breastfeeding efforts.
