Dear all
Does anyone know of a hand-out on GD and breastfeeding, suitable for giving
to pregnant mums who have gestational diabetes? (Or diabetes in general for
that matter)
Preferably one accessible electronically. 
Looking for a list of impact of not breastfeeding with GD, risks to baby,
Encouraging STS and "feeding early, often, and well" .....etc...... and
would be really great if it had something on antenatal expressing of
colostrum for postnatal use too (aiming high here !!)
Trying not to reinvent the wheel.....

Have searched Google and archives with no success.
