OK...so I've got a mom and baby with persistent thrush that has not
responded to Nystatin cream and liquid.  We discussed using gentian
violet - how-to's and cautions per Dr. Jack's and lactnet's info.  When
she went to her pharmacy, they did not have GV in stock, and the
pharmacist told her he did not recommend it and would not order it for
her.  Arrrgh!
