Funny, since the debate in America about co sleeping has started there have
been at least two ads by companies in Australia, both using co sleeping as
part of their 'sell'. One is a print ad for a disposable nappy (diaper)
showing a gorgeous photo of mum and baby fast asleep and looking as though
mum has just breastfed baby. The ad has words to the effect that now you can
both get a good night's sleep due to the 'super soaker' nappy. The other ad
is a TV ad showing dad and baby asleep in bed together at the end. Again,
very positive modelling of co sleeping.
