I have been thinking about all the unusual problems that have been
presented recently--e.g., Noonan's syndrome, myasthenia gravis, and the
rare Iinfant disorder (don't remember the name nor want to take the time
to look it up) we heard about recently requiring I.V.s for months.

It seems to me that someone, possibly ILCA, should create some sort of
registry where the people involved (LC, physician, etc.) could write up
what they learned about the disease and how it impacted breastfeeding,
what they tried, what worked, what didn't. Then someone could write a
book that we could all add to our libraries and refer to when we
encountered these unusual situations.
