I'm hoping someone can help clarify information on the safety of
ciprofloxacin while breastfeeding.  In the references I have checked there is
wide variation including concern re: arthropathy and GI  problems and also
recommendations to pump and dump (during treatment as well as hours or days
following treatment).  It's difficult to give our neonatologists and parents
solid advice with so many varying accounts.  Do any of you have experience
with moms using this drug?  I could benefit greatly from your insights!
