I am not a neurologist or expert on seizures but I do remember attempts to
but children on a ketogenic diet to stop seizures. Lest anyone think that
doctors are with-holding some magic cure in the interest of increasing drug
use the point of the diet is to starve the child just enough to produce
ketones but enough to allow growth. I am sure it helps some children but
it's not an easy intervention
