A baby, whose mother is a smoker, is better off BF.  Please mom not to
smoke while nursing or not even in the house if possible.  2nd hand smoke
is directly connected to otitis media and asthma and the baby does not need
smoke in his/her face!
Some nicotine in breast milk is better than no breast milk at all.
