On your post about writing a booklet for premature/nicu babies and bf.
 Check with Marsha Walker at Lactatation Associates in Weston Ma (I
think)  On a personal note, 2 years my godson was in the nicu and I
picked up a copy at the Brigham and Women's giftshop! Had lots of good
information.  Hope this helps.
