Has anyone had any success in upholding Minnesota's statute #181.939 
which "allows" women time to pump at work?  The piece of the statute that 
isn't clear and leaves it up to the employer more or less is "An employer is not 
required to provide break time under this section if to do so would unduly 
disrupt the operations of the employer."  I am trying to assist a client who is 
returning to work at 6 wks post partum and has been told that she will not be 
allowed time to pump.  She is a server at a bar and one of her shifts is 9 hours 
long!  She also has 3 other co-workers who are trying to breastfeed and are 
not being allowed time.
