I thought that the Victorian (Australia) bf guidelines adapted from those
done by Wendy Nicholson when she was at the Royal Women's Hospital,
Melbourne, addressed this.. if not there, certainly it was something she
wrote about/looked at, as I'm sure others have done too.. if you want
