This link was passed onto to me. It was written by someone who has concerns about the USBC (US Breastfeeding Committee) and the WIC Association.  http://www.vwmcclain.blogspot.com/

I can see that the USBC is working on some important issues but I also have concerns about why  they won't post about the Nestle partnerships on their site or do a press release.  Maybe someone on Lactnet (Marsha Walker?) can speak to the concerns in the above blog and the ones I have raised. 

 And did the USBC know what was going on in Asia between the formula companies and US diplomats? This has been going on since 2005 but I couldn't find out anything about it on the USBC. If the USBC doesn't feel it is their place to inform their partners about what is going on, maybe they could tell us whose job that is and why does their Mission Statement say they "Protect"  breastfeeding (which is the Code)?
