As a RN IBCLC who works in a hospital I can tell you I have NOT seen that in
many, many years!!!  I have worked at this hospital for 11 years and NO one
has ever done that.  I have not heard of anyone in the community recommending it
either.  I have been a nurse for nearly 20 years so I have heard of that but
WAY back when!  Our nurses all our educated at least on the basics.
