Hi Patricia,

I have an active practice utilizing Therapeutic Touch (TT) and Imagery
as part of my lactation consulting and doula practice. There has been
one study that I know of that demonstrated improved letdown to a pump in
moms who were taught to perform self TT. It is also true that NICU
babies have been shown to gain weight better if they receive TT. I can
find these citations for you if you want me to search around a bit.
