I would also like to know more about this, as I was asked a few days ago
about what to advise a pregnant woman who had a blocked duct. Normally,
during lactation, she should express/feed, etc to clear the blockage, but
what should she do in this situation? And if left untreated, could it lead
to mastitis? I wasn't sure what to suggest.
