Trying to figureout why my grandson keeps causing a flat white on my daughters nipple after all feedings. This happens in all positions, even after adjusting the chin. The latch looks great positioning is spot on. He's 3 weeks old now and always has been a difficult one to get latched. He fights and pushes away etc . Even when he self latches he prefers the tip so he still needs to be adjust. She is getting very frustrated and I as an IBCLC and Oma can't seem to think of anything else to do. He is seeing Ann Eglash on Monday but what to do between now and then. She's on the verge of quiting as the pain on the one nipple is 10/10 latch though the feeding and them for 10 minutes afterwards. She's also seen a 2nd IBCLC that gave the same recommendation that I had. Any help or input would be appreciated. Thanks Julie
