Hi Netters.  First, place the infusion syringe in semiupright position so
lipids will rise to the top and most will go through the tube, maximizing
lipid intake.  Using a smaller tubing lumen (0.6 ml) vs the standard size
(5.00ml) will also decrease the amount of lipids adhering to the sides of the
tubing.  Get that baby to breast as soon as possible is the best answer.
