Dear Dr. Hirsch,
    I have an outline for a monthly infant nutrition class, the
breastfeeding part, that I co-teach with a nutritionist.  I open with
laminated cards handed out to couples with health benefits, then go
around the room as the couples one or two that our of most interest, then
I expound a little on each one.  Send me your address, and i can mail you
my outline.  It seems to go over pretty well!  It takes about one hour,
then I show a 20 minute video, then the nutritionist talks about bottle
feeding for about 20 minutes.  She says many things Jan Barger has
mentioned on Lactnet!
    I mainly want parents to know it is healthy for mom and baby, nurse
as soon as possible after birth, and there is help available.
