I have sold PIS to many mothers of premature babies (single birth and
twins) since it came out this past spring.  The moms who bought them have
never called back to complain about the amount of milk they were pumping
(and I am confident they would call if they had ANY problem).  In
fact, I have heard many of them raving about the pump and the
convience of the PIS.  Some of the moms chose this pump did so because
they were going back to work at a later date and planned on using a PIS
then.  I have had much success with selling the PIS, mainly because moms
using them told other moms how good they were.

In Medela's Solutions booklet, the PIS was second choice for premie moms.
 The first was rental pumps such as their full size and lightweight
pumps.
