Two of the basic tenets of the Lamaze philosophy of birth. It's not just a
method anymore!!! Hats off to the people who have done this hard work,
including several on this list. Check out the great website at
www.lamaze.org espcially the Institute for Normal Birth -- the place to go
for easy access to references about normal birth.
