Does anybody have Frank Nice's current e-mail address? I know he posted
recently with an interim address, but I couldn't find it in the
archives.
I had a call this morning from a mother of a 4 month old who wanted to
rent a pump because she must have a brain MRI next Tuesday and has been
told that she must pump for 3 days. I am unclear if this is just a
radiopaque agent or If there is a radioactive ingredient in this dye.
The trade name of the agent is Omninscan, generic is gadodiamide
(spelling as mom left them on my voice mail after checking). This time
she was told that the minimum time was 48 hours after but she "should"
pump for three days. Neither of these names is listed in Hale 2002, and
when I checked at his website he is on medical leave until mid-December
and cannot answer questions, so am trying to reach Frank. If anyone has
any info on this particular agent, please e-mail me ASAP.
Thanks,
Flossie
