I think that it is not a good idea to microwave pump parts.  It seems like
the plastic will break down, releasing toxins, especially when this is done
repeatedly.  I recommend hot soapy water, good rinsing, and air drying,
covered with a clean towel, or paper towel.   This should be especially
emphasized for home use.  THERE IS NO NEED for sterilization at home.  I
once had a mom who had delivered at home, tell me that she wondered if she
needed to order a second set of pump parts so that one would always be
sterilized and ready to go.  This mom was a Nurse Practitioner, so I
encouraged her to think about the family microbiome and how the mirowaving
had no place in this !
