Thank you kindly to everyone who jumped into the fray, to patiently 
clarify that there's not a problem with using, or even with selling, 
bottles and teats - just with _marketing_ them.

Nevertheless, the question still nags.... we're talking about the 
International Code of Marketing of _Breastmilk Substitutes_..... So, 
in acordance with the spirit and aim of the Code, can anyone explain 
why _bottles and teats_ were originally included within its scope?
