The first thing I would do is eliminate dairy ,citrus, eggs and see what
happens. I think there was something a few mo back on what were the most
common offending foods,  These are the ones I usually start with.  Also
excessive caffeine consumption (sodas, coffee or tea) can give the same
sort of unsettled baby.  Some of the clear sodas have obscene amts of
caffeine.   Oversupply can also be the source of the problem, has baby
grown rapidly?  Is she still following one breast for any feedings in a
certain period of time (say 4- 6 hours)? Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
