Once tried my own milk in my own eye for conjunctivitis.  (Transferred a
manually expressed drop on my finger.)  Must have been hindmilk, as it clouded
up my visual field for quite awhile, but the conjunctivitis was gone in the
morning.  My advice: do this at bedtime, as you will not be able to see
afterward!
