From what I remember the idea of glucose as pain relief during circumcisoin
is to use drops of D50 not D5,
dropper or sponge is a possible way to give it.
What effects it would have on breastfeeding I dont know.
I havent used it but instead use a dorsal nerve block/ring block with warmed
lidocaine and wrap the baby's arms in a blanet instead of straping them
down,

I did use a pacifier dipped in D5 today to quiet/calm a baby for a circ. yes
he was bottle/abm fed.
