Hello All
I am writing a resource booklet for employees re combining breastfeeding and work. Would like your suggestions on simple information about how much a mother needs to express. I know we say 150ml/kg/day but even this is complicated for someone not keen on maths. This information needs to be useful for women from low socio-economic and diverse cultural backgrounds hence it needs to be presented so that women from these backgrounds will find it easy to understand and use.
