I don't believe psoriasis is helped by tanning beds because they remove the
very uv rays that are needed?  Could someone verify this?

Alos, supplementing with vitamins and minerals and essential fatty acids
like flax seed oil could give a big difference in skin conditions such as
psoriasis.
