Probably a good one to ask at Infant Risk Center (Hale)  It is L3 in Hale's 
2012 book-Probably safe. The infant will probably have a period of 
withdrawal. Mentions a new study that suggests it reduces the incidence of 
neonatal abstinence syndrome when infants are breastfed.   It depends on the 
dose, so contact the Center with specifics.  Pat in SNJ
