Lisa, I've been buying Dom from Global Health in New Zealand for over a 
year now.  I don't have the phone numbers or web site info with me here at 
work but can get them.  I was told that Mexico also has it available 
without RX but not to trust the quality.  The ones I get are in the Janssen 
(?sp) original  packaging.  It usually takes about 10-14 days but can be 
expressed shipped to arrive in 5-7 for a pretty penny :).  I am not 
affiliated with this company in any way :).
