Hi Lactnet folks - I miss you!

I am looking for an LC, or possibly an especially wise LLL, in Baltimore, for
a first time mother in Canton who reports cracked and bleeding nipples on day
6 post partum; precipitous birth, resulting in a big nasty tear, plus lots of
life-stress relating to being a med student etc, and is feeling overwhelmed
-- but I think pain-free bf would go a long way toward helping her get a grip.
