This applies to a lot of breastfeeding support, doesn't it?

A lot of our work is not fixing something that's 'gone wrong', but
supporting the mother and educating her and the people around her that it
is *physiologically normal* for a baby to want feeding frequently and to
feed in the night...and to help her and her baby not just to accept this,
but embrace this as part of the experience and the relationship.

Sometimes, this is, of course, impossible.
