Dear Janet

I still owe you some information on birthrates etc. I found out we have some
200.000 births in the Netherlands. We heard in the news this week we have a
little baby boom. We had 6000 more births in 1997 than 1n 1996. They expect
the number to grow the coming two years.

More than 30% of women have their baby at home.
We have 8-9% c sections, partly total and patly epidural anaesthetics.
The total of epidurals is under 5 %
