Gee Rob, how does she double pump at the same time the baby breastfeeds?

If she has three hands, she could use "breast compression" while using the
pump. That works pretty well.

Maybe she's gone on the birth control pill and her milk is decreased.

She could try fenugreek and blessed thistle. If she were in Canada, I would
prescribe domperidone if none of the other things worked out.
