Per Tom Hale:
Amantadine (Symmetrel): No pediatric concerns reported via milk, but a major
reduction in prolactin levels has been reported. Avoid.
Zanamivir (Relenza): No pediatric concerns reported via milk, but no studies
exist. Adult concerns: Bronchospasm may occur in patients with asthma.
Oseltamivir (Tamiflu): No pediatric concerns reported via milk. Adult
concerns: May cause bronchitis.
Looks like none of them appear ideal for breastfeeding mother who has
asthma.
