I've spent the day playing with all different conversions -- the mathematical puzzler in me -- what I've come up with, to convert the equation (2.5x lbs.)/8, to metric measures, easily, is:

for 10 feeds a day: 20cc/Kg of baby's weight per feeding
for 8 feeds a day: 25cc/Kg of baby's weight per feeding.

The derivation of the above is as follows:
3-4 oz. per feed for a 10 lb. baby = 90 - 120 cc per 10 lb. = 9 - 12 cc per lb. = 9 - 12 cc per 454 gm = 19.8-26.4 cc per Kg, or roughly, 20-25cc/Kg.
