I can tell you it has.  And we use it and is incorporated in our electronic documentation.

Jane, Thanks. I found the article I think you were referring to in JHL, "Defining Lactation Acuity to Improve Patient Safety and Outcomes" by Rebecca Mannel. I plan on emailing her to see if the tool has been used successfully at her institution.
