I have also been experiencing quite a few moms with low milk supply.  Most
of these have had IVF, and I believe this topic has been discussed before,
but I would agree with Sharon that low supply needs more discussion.
Pumping does not seem to help these moms, and I have felt frustrated with my
own apparent lack of tools to help them.
