I was doing a search for domperidone and hypoplastic and found Judy
Eastburn's recent post.  It sounds familiar.  I have worked off and on over
the years with a mother who has had many babies and never really had a full
milk supply for any of them.  They grew, but very slowly, with early
supplementation in several cases.  Her breasts are not particularly
tubular, but they do not change with pregnancy and are small (A cup) at all
times.  She has hypothyroidism but her levels are monitored and controlled,
and once when her thyroid briefly became overactive she did not experience
a rise in milk production (though energy levels rose!).
What is people's experience with domperidone if there seems to be some
primary glandular insufficiency?  Any use in those cases?
