I am curious about this device.  When I look at the Niplette by Avent
online, it seems to imply that it cannot be used when lactating... so, I assume
this is only beneficial when one knows ahead of time that there are flat or
inverted nipples.  When I see the client, she is already past that stage  and
lactating, so how could this help?  Do many of you use the Evert-It as  well?  Are
you pleased with it?  Thanks, Ann
