   I would look at the materials developed by
BestStart. That is what they do and they
do it quite well. They have a wide range of targeted
well written materials including posters, pamphlets,
a magazine for teen moms, materials for health care
professionals.
  They also have a research dept that may be able
to give you some info on resaerch instruments that they
have developed.
