"At our hospital we have this scripted
How do you intend - plan on feeding your baby while in the hosptial?
Breastfeeding means your baby will not recieve anything but your milk.
If you need help the staff will help you nurse your baby everytime she wakes up"

To me this wording is guaranteed to reduce the number of mothers planning to exclusively breastfeed!  An experienced, well-informed mom will say "great!".  However, a first-time (or first time considering breastfeeding) mom will hear, "Well, if you think you want to breastfeed, we won't give baby anything to eat and you'll have to feed the baby all the time.  We'll be sure you do.  It won't be easy and we'll have to help you."
Of course it's not actually said this way, but based on my experience, too many moms will hear it this way.
