First, welcome back and sorry to hear you've been having some problems
and hoping things are getting better.  Yes, we have missed your input.
Regarding the mom with the post-weaning strange discharge.  I have not
heard of such a thing, but my feeling is, if it isn't causing a problem,
not to worry about it.  It is certainly a matter of curiosity, however.
I wonder if the sporatic deep breast pain you mentioned is even realted
since there doesn't seem to be any correlation.  Has the left always
been 25% smaller and only came to light with so much attention to what's
going on?
My point is not to belittle any concerns, but to point out that
sometimes we try to find problems shen none really exist.  The only
thing I can come up with is, is this in any way "leftover" milk that has
had all the fluid reabsorbed by her body leaving only the heavier, more
"solid" portions in the breasts?  Of course, if that were the case one
would have to ask why this doesn't happen to every mom when she weans..
