Dawn, thank you so much for sharing your story of progress in you town in
Southern Vermont! It made me feel a whole lot more optimistic. There's a
quote from someone, I think it was Eleanor Roosevelt, that I can't really
remember, but that I think belongs here. A rough and not-as- elegant
paraphrase:

Never doubt that ordinary people can change the world, one small step at a
time. Indeed,that is the only thing that ever has.

(If anyone has this quote correctly, I'd sure like to get it right!)
