The story of the sad non-breastfed babies makes tragic reading.  But it is
likely that any baby that has a mother in this part of the world is
breastfed.  The bottle-fed babies with fevers and open sores may be AIDS
orphans.  Perhaps an LC to assist with the logistics of providing donated
EBM as well as equipment (and electricity?) for pasteurizing ...
